The Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF) programme has been designed for real estate professionals across all sectors, as well as fund managers and investment bankers who would like to gain a better understanding of real estate as a financial asset in an investment portfolio. The programme is delivered online and offers students a flexible and innovative way to study.
Since it started in 2015, the REIF programme has widened its intake and we now have students all over the world. The red dots on the map indicate where our students are based (there are more students then dots as there are often several students in one location). Locations include: Australia, Botswana, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Kenya, Malaysia, St Lucia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Russia, UAE, UK, Uruguay, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.
This is great news for the REIF programme as students from many different backgrounds and locations can come together online to share experiences and work practices which further enrich the student experience.
And now for some more great news...the results of the UK Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey 2018 have been published and the MSc/PGD REIF has scored 100% across all 6 themes. The PTES is the UK higher education sector-wide survey to gain insight from taught postgraduate students about their learning and teaching experience and has 6 themes: teaching, engagement, assessment and feedback, organisation and management, resources and skills development.
