Real Estate Seminar 2015: Investment Day

The second Seminar Day organised by the Real Estate 'Team' in the Department of Real Estate and Construction took place on 21 April 2015. The Seminar Days have been organised for the undergraduate and postgraduate students studying real estate and offer the opportunity to attend a 'professional style' conference with a series of presentations from industry experts focused on a particular topic. Yesterday was 'Investment Day' and the day was hosted by Mike Patrick, Senior Lecturer in Real Estate and Nick French, Professor of Real Estate.

A few photos from the day and some links to the topics covered follow (photos by the Ed):

Investment Day was a huge success with great feedback from students and staff. Before the presenters left the building they kindly agreed to record highlights from their presentations for the students on the MSc/PG Diploma in Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF) - a new open-learning, online, programme developed by the Department of Real Estate and Construction.
